    Larry Cook is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In his career, Larry has competed in multiple body building contests, and has been a personal trainer for men and women, teenagers and seniors alike, for over 15 years. While studying Exercise Physiology and Exercise Science at Orange Coast College, Larry quickly earned his reputation, not only as a knowledgeable trainer but as one who truly cares about his clients. “I understand there is an emotional side that a person experiences when trying to lose weight and transform their body” Larry says. “It’s important they know Brittney and I support them physically and mentally every step of the way on their journey.”

    Triangle Theory Training

    Brittney Bell studied kinesiology, exercise science, physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition at University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). In addition to being certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Brittney is a Madd Dog Spin Instructor as well as a UCLA Cheer Squad Trainer. Whether her clients’ goal is to get physically stronger, trying to recover therapeutically from various injuries, or in one case, wanting to lose 200 lbs to achieve their ideal weight, Brittney gains the trust and loyalty of every person she trains. “We come in all shapes and sizes,” says Brittney. “Because everyone is different it’s my job to find the right solution for them so they can overcome their fitness struggles. That’s why every one of our clients receives a specialized plan to meet their specific goals.”
